Challenging circumstances occur in life which may leave us confused, feeling ill-equipped to deal with a situation or without direction. Whether you’re experiencing a significant crisis or seeking a more fulfilling life or guidance and feedback, I’m here to help.
I offer multiple services:
1/Counseling (mental health issues, has a diagnosis, covered by insurance.)
2/Life Coaching (life improvement, self-esteem building, and goal setting. No diagnosis, not covered by insurance, not mental health.)
3/Consultations (for businesses, business professionals, churches, or mental health groups.)
My goal in my counseling or life coaching is to work with my clients to help find solutions, help them discover personal strengths, and focused direction allowing them to experience life with a positive purpose, increased hope, and contentment.
All sessions are telehealth or tele-coaching (video) sessions.
Counseling: I provide individual, couple, and family counseling for all ages: children, adolescents, college-age, and adults. Each person (3+ yrs) must complete a separate intake form before the initial session. If a minor child, the parent(s) can complete an intake for the child (with parent signatures).
Life Coaching: I provide life coaching for adults seeking to improve life, work or job satisfaction, goal-setting, building relationships, or self-improvement. (Coaching is not mental health, there is no diagnosis, and it is not covered by insurance). Coaching clients fill out a different intake form, listing their goals and objectives so we can immediately begin working to reach those goals!
Consultations: Small family businesses, community, professionals, school or church leaders needing consultations to address issues within their group. Please contact our offices to discuss or schedule these meetings. (Not mental health and not covered by insurance, no diagnosis).
