Our offices do not file insurance, however, some of our
clients:
1. Submit copies of their invoices directly to their insurance
carrier. The insurance carrier then processes and sends coverage
payment directly to the client.
2. Other clients use the easy App "Reimbursify" to file and track
insurance claims. www.Reimbursify.com. This free app
can be downloaded from Apple App store or Google Play. First
filing is free, future filings cost $1.50. Takes about a
minute to file a claim and program allows you to track as your
insurance processes the claim.
All client invoices are located in each patient's secure portal. (Patients Log-in to their secure patient portal with their username and password. If they forget these, it's easy to obtain an email reminder of the username, or to request a password reset).
Once logged-in to the patient portal, go to 'billing' link. Any patient invoice (since January 2018) can be downloaded via encrypted email. Email will require an encrypted office password (Please call our offices to obtain that unique encrypted email password or for assistance)
